2. Eligibility for Refunds

2.1. Student-Initiated Cancellations: Refund eligibility for cancellations initiated by the student depends on the timing of the cancellation as outlined below:

   - Before Course Start Date: If you cancel your enrollment at least 7 days before the course start date, you are eligible for a full refund.

   - Within 7 Days of Course Start Date: If you cancel within 7 days of the course start date, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee.

   - After Course Start Date: No refunds will be provided if you cancel after the course has started.

2.2. Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as a medical emergency, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.

3. Refund Process

3.1. To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at brightmindeducatinworld@gmail.com. You will need to provide your full name, course details, and the reason for your refund request.

3.2. Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your request. Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method. If the original payment method is not available, an alternative method may be used as agreed upon by both parties.

4. Course Transfers

4.1. If you are unable to attend a course for which you have registered, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a different course or a future session of the same course. Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the course start date.

4.2. Transfers are subject to availability and may be subject to an administrative fee.

5. No Show Policy

5.1. If you do not attend a course without prior notice or cancellation, no refund or credit will be provided.

6.1. We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
