1. General Information

1.1. Bright Mind Education (hereafter referred to as "the School") offers online educational services including language courses, exam preparation, subject-specific tutoring and support on admission abroad.

1.2. By enrolling in any course or program offered by the School, students agree to adhere to the following terms and regulations.

2. Enrollment and Registration

2.1. Enrollment in courses is subject to availability. The School reserves the right to refuse enrollment based on course capacity or other relevant factors.

2.2. Students must complete the registration process, which includes providing accurate personal information and agreeing to the School's terms and regulations.

2.3. Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment in accordance with the fee structure outlined by the School.

3. Payment and Fees

3.1. All course fees are listed on the School’s website and are subject to change. Students will be notified of any fee changes before they take effect.

3.2. Payment for courses must be made as per the payment schedule provided. Payment for services from Poland must be made in PLN or US dollars and payment for services from the United Arab Emirates must be made in USD. Payment for services from countries outside of Poland and the United Arab Emirates must be made in US dollars.

3.3. Refunds are subject to the School’s refund policy, which outlines conditions for partial or full refunds.

4. Course Delivery

4.1. Mostly all of the courses are delivered online, some of them are delivered offline, and students are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology and internet access.

4.2. Course schedules and formats are subject to change based on availability and other factors. The School will notify students of any significant changes in advance.

5. Attendance and Participation

5.1. Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and participate actively. I

5.2. Absences should be reported to the School in advance where possible. Repeated absences may affect the student’s progress and course completion.

6. Academic Integrity

6.1. Students are expected to maintain high standards of academic integrity. Plagiarism, cheating, and other forms of dishonesty are strictly prohibited.

6.2. Any violations of academic integrity will be addressed according to the School’s disciplinary procedures, which may include dismissal from the course.

7. Code of Conduct

7.1. Students must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner during all interactions with instructors and other students.

7.2. The School reserves the right to remove students from courses if their behavior is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.
